Additive manufacturing with the commercial title of 3D printing is one of the new technologies that uses a basic CAD file to make complex and sensitive parts, and the production process is done layer by layer forming and then bonding the layers to each other. In most 3D metal printing methods such as SLM, LMD, EBM and DLMS, the spherical powder of alloys are used such as iron based (stainless steel powder, 18Ni300, H13, M2), aluminum based (AlSi10Mg, AlSi7Mg, AlSi12), nickel based (Inconel 718, 625), titanium based (Ti6Al4V), cobalt based (CoCrMo, CoCrW) and copper based (CuSn10) as raw materials.
